Gemfile.lock generates BUNDLED WITH

Whenever she changes something in a project, Gemfile.lock always writes this at the end of the file:

BUNDLED WITH 1.10.0.rc

And every time she accidentally commits this gemfile.lock, it is really troublesome for other developers, because he always says that something that we need for fixing / collision, because in our environment, he automatically removes it
