Can a HotModuleReplacement work on a different url? / Instead of / webpack-dev-server /?

We work a lot with reactive and hot-swappable modules, and enjoy working. But how can I run HotModuleReplacement in the default package when someone accesses another url?

I want to change the behavior and remove "/ webpack-dev-server /" during development. For deployment, we have webpack.config without a hot module, but what are the reasons that you have an additional "/ webpack-dev-server /" url?

The reasons are not as important as my original question: how do you change this behavior?
