Django on Heroku: setting up django.po

I used Mezzanine on Heroku. Recently I need to set up some data in django.po. Since Mezzanine is installed from a .txt requirement, how can I load my own django.po to overwrite the Django standard django.po ?

The best solution is to dynamically redefine them when the application starts. Here is probably the best answer I've seen.
