Is there a way to reflect what's on the Apple Watch on another screen? This would be for an internal demonstration purpose. Or suggestions for demonstrating the application for a large (more than one person) group?
There is no way to do what you described. Your best bet right now is to run the app in a simulator or point the camera to a Watch.
