How to fix the lack of pixels when calling img url on mobile?

I am using azure web storage to store image files as blob. When I call the image URL of these images on the computer, they work fine. However, when you call them on your mobile (iOS), they sometimes get some weirder pixels and / or duplicate themselves sometimes, but not always. I put two examples that may appear below, and, as you can see, one image turned out to be divided in half, add blue paint to it

If anyone knows what might be causing this, let me know!

Edit: I noticed that the photos that might go bad are larger in size 1MB + and the others around 200kb, everything seems to be in order, can this have something to do with it?

Now I can confirm that this happened due to the actual blob size, I made a server code to resize the images to 100 kb each, and havent had a problem, since
