When submitting an application to itunes connect, integrated with admob, there should be a value for the checkbox "Does your application include, display or access third-party content?"
Answer No , do not check it until you have to verify that your application uses IDFA, and under it make sure that the "Submit advertisements in the application" checkbox is selected.
