Application error in Android emulator "There was a network error"

Question

I run the ionic application on android after adding the android platform i run it through

ionic emulate android -l -c 

I do not understand why this is happening, its Android manifest file:

As part of the project, you need to add a white list of cordons. Try the following -

$ plug cordova add cordova-plugin-whitelist
