Firefox Inspector - CSS Tips / Tricks

I have a problem with the inspector in Firefox browser. After some time of use on the "rules" tab, the system does not want to show me CSS syntax suggestions. After turning the inspector on and off, everything returns to normal, but ... again ... after a few seconds the system stops showing me syntax hints.

Firefox Inspector Rules Tab </ a

with syntax hints without syntax hints after a couple of minutes

Is there a FIX for this? I use the latest "FireFox Developer Edition" (the same thing in the regular "Firefox").

UPDATE: I found that the inspector starts to work incorrectly when I reload the page that I am β€œchecking”.

Are you using Firefox Developer Edition 41.0a2? Perhaps this was a bug that is being fixed.

I can confirm that this is happening in Firefox 40.0.2. enter image description here

I also saw this in Firefox Developer Edition 41.0a2.

I upgraded Firefox Developer Edition to 42.0a2 and can no longer recreate this phenomenon.

Install the firebug plugin for firefox. Ita a very good debugger tool. After installation, turn it on and right-click on the page and perform "check item with firebug"
