Oracle virtual window does not work with windows 10

Question

Well earlier on my windows 8.1 Virtualbox works 100%, but then I decided to upgrade, and now I can not start any of my virtual machines, because I have some errors, so I investigated it, and some say that Virtualbox may not work on windows 10, but there are no further answers to this problem. My version of Virtualbox is 4.3.30 r101610, I wonder if anyone has this problem and be able to fix it? I was thinking about downgrading my virtual box, thought it might work, but I want to be sure that it will be a fix or not, because I have important files on my machines that I need to recover. • Uninstall the application, if installed.
• Find change advanced launch options at the beginning and select
• Click restart now under Advanced Launch
• In the blue screen that appears, select → troubleshooting → advanced options → startup options
• now select to disable forced matching of signatures on the record and click "reload", this will allow you to install every driver that you want at this time (something like safe mode).
• after rebooting the virtual window installation (test it now)
• now reboot again and test it in normal mode if you can encounter a new problem, and then reinstall the virtual field and run it.
