Where are My Sales Tools, Website Settings, and Instant Payment Notifications located on the new Paypal website?

I am pretty confused by the new PayPal. I have accounts for the sandbox, but now I need to create an account (business) for the actual real payment. But now everything looks different, and all the links are different. It seems Paypal has changed its network. I have already done the integration for the previous client; but now I'm disappointed because I can’t figure out where to set the various parameters. When I log in, nowhere can I find My Tools for Sale.

Where can I find what has been available so far:

Paypal → Profile → My Tools for Sale → Website Settings

Paypal → Profile → My Tools for Sale → Instant Payment Notifications

?

I need to enter website settings to set the necessary parameters, and also I need to set some parameters in instant payment notifications. Please help me. I need these settings for input:

If your PayPal layout page has been changed to a new style, follow these steps:

Payment site settings:

Log in to PayPal → Header Icon (Business Profile) → Profile and Settings → My Sales Tools → Site Settings → Update

Instant Payment Notification (IPN):

Sign in to PayPal → Header Icon (Business Profile) → Profile and Settings → My Sales Tools → Instant Payment Notifications → Update

In the new PayPal panel, scroll a little down to the middle of the page, on the left side, there Seller’s Settings in the Sales Tools section. Press here. You will have access to the place where you can install PDT, IPN and API keys, etc.

Here are the steps to update the payment settings on the site.

1. Sign in to https://sandbox.paypal.com
2. Click on settings
3. Click on Site Payments in the PRODUCTS AND SERVICES section. And you will find both “Site Settings” and “Instant Payments”.
4. Click refresh. Next to options.
