R In SQL Server

I recently downloaded CTP for SQL Server 2016 to get an idea of ​​integrating R language with SQL Server.

I have not yet been able to find resources / documentation on this topic.

Did anyone else have any kind of joy?

I also studied this, and here are my findings.

As of 2015-08-19

• During the Microsoft Ignite (2015) conference, Lindsey Allen demo'd R integration in the new SQL Server 2016. Link

• The function is not yet ready in CTP 2. This is discussed.

R is available on SQL Server 2016 CTP 3.
