Static background with scrollable tables in Watchkit for Xcode (Apple Watch)

I needed to know if it was possible if the WatchOS2 release could have a static background image that doesn't move when there is a scrollable overlay. All I can find on the Internet is that it is not possible in the original WatchOS. Thanks to anyone who can answer this question!

This is still not possible in watchOS3. Please open the improvement issue in the Apple Bug Reporter System .
