Does Android JobScheduler or GCM JobScheduler work after update job?

I know that both the user (Post Lollipop) and the Android desktop JobScheduler and GCM JobScheduler can perform tasks after a reboot, but what about after updating the application? Will I receive a task after updating the application?

Regarding the GCM Network Manager:

When the Google Play Services or client application is updated, all scheduled tasks will be deleted. GcmNetworkManager calls client applications onInitializeTasks (). Override this function to transfer the necessary tasks.

I still need to find a similar requirement for JobScheduler.
