Azure storage non Classic (V2) - How to set up your own domain

There are 2 vault accounts in the new Azure portal: classic and classic. as I think, classic is an old version, then I choose not classic.

The problem is that I can’t configure the user domain on the new portal, it redirected me to the old azure portal (manage.windowszuare.com).

and the problem continues .. the old azure portal does not recognize the new / non-classical Azure repository.

Please indicate how I can configure my own domain for storing blob V2 (not classic).

Thanks.

It seems that now the new portal has no way to do this. It’s their lag, so stay tuned!

To unlock you: The best way to edit a custom domain is through Powershell or the Xplat CLI . In Powershell, you'll want to use the "Switch-AzureMode AzureResourceManager" to use the new type of accounts. This flag will be obsolete soon, and by default you will use new material, but now how to do it. Then you will need to use the SetAzureStorageAccount command, which will allow you to change your own domain.

You can configure a custom domain by clicking on your vault account, clicking "All Settings" and selecting "Custom Domains".

But if something sometimes throws you to the "old" portal, do not worry too much. This is all the same data and accounting. The preview portal is still a preview portal and may lack several features. Displaying as “storage account (classification)” is normal even if you create a new account if you use Storage Blob.
