I have completed the following steps:
- Verify your account on the Chrome Web Store by going to the Chrome Web Store Developer Toolbar and clicking the "Pay this fee now" link.
- Fill in the fields in the Google Developers Console by following the instructions in the fields of the Google Developers Console.
- Create a customer ID. If you have not already done so, you must create an OAuth 2.0 client ID in your Google Developers Console project before your application becomes publicly available.
- Hangout button by placing a button on your website. Users then click the button to start a video call with your public application or internal number inside it.
Iโm a verified developer of the Chrome Web Store, and I have provided links to the terms of service, privacy policy, and contact information support. I also have a web app client id and browser app id.
And yet, when I try to make the Hangouts app public, I keep getting the following error.
"Oops server error! Our bad.
Try again. If the problem persists, please let us know using the "Send Feedback" link below. Thanks!

Any ideas anyone?
