Hiding toolbar with viewpager and swipeRefreshLayout inside viewpager fragment

Question

I use the Collapsing ToolBar Layout with the viewpager and has different snippets for each tab. Now in one of the tab snippets I have swipeRefreshLayout.

So, whenever I scroll the scroll it works fine, but when it scrolls down, swipeRefreshLayout starts to work, and in this case the failed effect does not work.

So please help me here how I can solve this problem. Thank you so much for the advanced.
