Open the internal fragment of the camera

Is it possible to use the camera in the form of a fragment so that it does not open another application and does not move away from my special application?

I want something like a SurfaceView with a camera?

Yes it is, check this link .

Basically overwrites SurfaceView and integrates camera picture callback with camera picture callback .

The native implementation is much better.
