Impossible for us GCM In my country

I have a particular problem and I quit thinking and get confused.

I have an application that gives notifications using GCM, and I use ONE SIGNAL for notes because it was recommended and easy, and I | succeeds in this and can give notes.

The problem is that I live in Iran, and because of the sanctions, I need a VPN to use one signal. When the application starts, he wants to enter the ONE SIGNAL server (with the APP key and the Api key) - without the VPN, the application will hang, but with the VPN in the application it will work correctly and will log into the system.

I thought to solve it, but I can include the VPN program in the application and login after I disconnected the VPN, but this is not good.

Now I do not know what to do, and GCM - ONE SIGNAL cannot use ....

Please tell me how to use them, or at least how to send a notification?

Most likely, the problem is that the application does not receive a GCM push notification token. The token creation process requires the device to communicate with Google GCM servers, and they can be blocked in Iran. Unfortunately, there is no workaround I can think of other than using a VPN, as you already have.
