Google Transliterate does not work with https domains.

Question

Google transliteration (ctrl + G) does not work in the https domain. The following error is displayed in the browser:

Mixed content: a page with ' https://google-developers.appspot.com/transliterate/v1/customtransliteration ' was loaded via HTTPS but requested an unsafe script ' http://www.google.com/inputtools/request?text= aa & ime = transliteration_en_ar & num = 5 & cp = 0 & cs = 0 & ie = utf-8 & = UTF-8 & application = JSAPI & UV & CB = callbacks._0ie41tj63 ". This request is blocked; content must be transmitted via HTTPS.
