Xcode 7 GM Seed - Cannot Submit to App Store for Review

Today I uploaded a binary that was created in Xcode 7 GM Seed . Everything is fine, but when I submit it, the ituneconnect page says:

Invalid sdk value. The value provided for the sdk portion of LC_VERSION_MIN_IPHONEOS in lmnk.app/lmnk is 9.0, which is more than the maximum allowable value of 8.4. Invalid Toolchain. New applications and update applications must be created with publicly available (GM) versions of Xcode 6 or later, and the iOS SDK 8 or later. Do not send applications created using beta software.

Could you give me a suggestion on this matter. Thanks,

I received an email from the Apple Store: 10/10/2015

Dear Developer,

We found one or more problems with your recent submission of "My app ***". To process your message, you must resolve the following issues:

Invalid Toolchain. New versions of applications and applications must be created with publicly available (GM) versions of Xcode 6 or later and the iOS 8 SDK or later. Do not submit applications created using the beta version.

Once these issues have been fixed, use Xcode or Application Loader to upload the new binary to iTunes Connect. Select the new binary on the Application Details page in My Applications in iTunes Connect and click Submit to View.

Hello,

App Store Team

This means that the error came from the AppStore, so I'm trying to resubmit my application, after which I will be back soon. Thank you for your onsets.

You can quickly ship to the App Store using Xcode 7 GM. Apple usually sends GM and then sends an email to developers in a few days, informing them that the iTunes connection will now accept iOS 9 builds.

EDIT: Apple should now accept iOS9 builds with GM, I just received the email.

It seems that you still need to build with Xcode 6.4 and that you cannot configure MIN OS> = 9.0. Nonetheless.

This should be fixed for the official release of Xcode 7.

As during this answer, you can create and submit your iOS apps to the AppStore using Xcode 7 GM Seed.

According to a post from Apple Dev:

To prepare, build your applications using the seeds of Xcode 7 GM, and check using GM Seeds for iOS 9, OS X El Capitan and watchOS 2. Read the app’s tutorial overview and use TestFlight to get feedback before submitting it to the App Store.

Xcode (GM) is not available for publishing applications. So just wait ..

At present - I can send versions through Xcode 7GM, but none of the submitted materials goes through the processing stage. The bitcode is set to NO.
