How to get full-screen mode using the mobile web application for safari on IOS 8 Iphone 4S

I think I have the right meta tags.

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">

From the apples website, he said that the tag below is used to work in full screen mode, but it does not work.

 <!-- Allow web app to be run in full-screen mode. --> <meta name="apple-mobile-web-app-capable" content="yes">

Width and height set for iPhone 4S on iOS 8

  width: 320px; height: 480px

I can post the full code if this helps a very simple page layout header with two buttons, only text text and footer with navigation icons

The problem is that this is not a full screen, and because of this, the IOS navigation bar below disables my footer, which has an icon menu

I realized the meta tags are correct, you just need to create a shortcut on the main screen by clicking on the up arrow on the bottom panel in safari and choosing to add to the main screen. Then run the application and the throne bars will disappear. Just looking to say 192 ... / yourapp does not work, you need to add a shortcut to the main screen to remove the bars.
