I am working on an RTSP based application in which I am trying to cast my screen to wowza using rtsp. Everything seems to be working fine, but I am facing some very strange problems when transferring audio and video to wowza.
What I am doing is capturing sound from an external microphone and capturing the screen on a Mac and converting it to video, as well as transmitting audio and video as separate streams.
If I broadcast both audio and video in wowza, whereas in this case the video and audio play perfectly on wowza test players (comes with the wowza client). but if I try to transfer the same stream to a vlc player (using RTSP or RTMP) or any other online HLS players, then the sound plays perfectly, but the video does not play at all.
But if I independently transmit the video stream (without sound), it works fine without any problems.
Can someone who is facing the same problems or have experience in RTSP broadcast help me figure out the problem and find a solution to this problem.
