How to track a large section of a column family in cassandra

Through ops-center and nodetool cfstats, I was able to find that one of the sections of the key table is 560 MB, but could not figure out which section it is. How can we keep track of which section of the table is large?

The fastest way is to look for messages in the log about compiling large sections. Grade cheat, but it often works.

In short, you need to reset sstables in json and then check json. There are several people who wrote tools for this online - https://github.com/BrianGallew/cassandra_tools - one example.
