How to use the Google Knowledge Graph API

What useful way can I use the Google Knowledge Graph API at the moment?

Let's say I have a MID for the 1990 FIFA World Cup , which is /m/014nm_

and I make this request:

GET https://kgsearch.googleapis.com/v1/entities:search?ids=%2Fm%2F014nm_&key= {MY_API_KEY}

I will get something like this http://pastebin.com/M1fgj7Ew

Now, how can I use this information in a meaningful way? Just a description and a link to wikipedia are not exhaustive. How can I find out what other objects are related to this on the chart?

If I search on Google for the 1990 World Cup , I will get a Knowledge Graph map such as enter image description here

Here I can see useful information, such as Best Player and Goals scored , so Google should have other objects related to the 1990 FIFA World Cup in the knowledge graph.

Google does not provide additional data from its knowledge graph, so you will have to receive data from an external source. As far as I know, there are no sources available. There are incomplete ones such as Wikidata, DBPedia, and lots of Freebase dump data.

Youtube has a Freebase API , you can search for videos and channels using the Knowledge Graph ID.
