Spring Cloud Data Documentation

Any update when the Spring Cloud Data Flow documentation is ready for prime time. It is currently very difficult to plan any significant deployment in the future without the full documentation of the developer. Since Spring Cloud Data Flow is pulling heavily on Spring XD, will the Spring XD documentation be used until we get this complete help anyway?

It is very difficult to plan any significant deployment in the future without full developer documentation

We recently collected all the important pieces of documentation and are now available in Spring Cloud Data Flow versions for individual servers [for example: Spring Cloud Data Stream Cloud Foundry Server Guide ].

For convenience, we also added pointers to all the various implementations and related reference guides to the project page. We also have plans to add project pages to implement individual servers.

Since Spring Cloud Data Flow stretches Spring XD a lot, will Spring XD documentation be used until we get this complete help anyway?

Although the main goals / vision are much the same, fundamentally, Spring Cloud Data Flow is a complete rewrite, while orchestrating threads and tasks / batch pipelines requires a run-time platform such as Cloud Foundry. Read more on this blog here .
