Try rebooting and reconnecting the device. (0xE800000E). How can i solve this?

Question

I am trying to run an iOS application on my iPad. When starting the application in Xcode, an error message is displayed:

An error occurred while authorizing development on this device. Try rebooting and reconnecting the device. (0xE800000E)

I tried to reboot my device twice and reset the device, but it shows the same error.

I have Xcode 7.3.1, osx el-capitan on my Mac 10.11.4 and os on my iPad 9.3.2.

Please help me resolve this error.
