Npm "Content header contains invalid characters" error when installing React-Native?

$ sudo npm install –g react-native-cli npm ERR! addLocal Could not install /usr/local/bin/–g npm ERR! Please include the following file with any support request: npm ERR! /usr/local/bin/npm-debug.log

I follow the guide from https://facebook.imtqy.com/react-native/docs/getting-started.html

Clicking on the wall with this error. I have Xcode installed and cannot find a solution for the next step.

Use of Homebrew to uninstall the node and reinstall the latest version is finished. I also installed the latest version of npm.
