Unable to create or delete Sandbox PayPal account in developer account

I have an account on developer.paypal.com, and a few months ago I created 8 test accounts with sandboxes, both business and personal. Now, when I return to my Dashboard> Accounts account, and I try to either create a new account or check to delete it, it returns a general error message similar to this: "We are sorry that something went wrong during account deletion. Some of the selected test accounts were not deleted. Please try again. "

So it was, at least in the last month. I tried different computers, browsers, etc., and they all return the same result. Does anyone know the reason for this?

Paypal Sandbox Cannot Delete Test Account

I think this is the problem you are talking about, and I could not solve it even after several emails in PayPal. I tried to remove the top email address from the screen (the one that I created manually) and I get the error message shown at the top of the screenshot.

To create accounts

try deleting all local browser data. It should allow you to create accounts after that.

To delete accounts

Do the same as creating an account, and make sure that you do not have an active subscription to PayPal to or from this account .
