Run tracert from azure app service?

we are trying to debug a connection problem, and I cannot run tracert from my azure app service (azure website) application. If I use the kudu cmd console and run tracert www.ibm.com, I get the error message "I can not contact the IP driver. Error code 1753"

Any suggestions?

Azure web application features block ICMP. Thus, you cannot use Ping and Tracert on PowerShell and CMD. However, I recommend that you use tcpping on the kudu console on the Azure website.

Average success time: 156ms PS D:\home>
