How to change the font of the navigation box title and ScrollingActivity?

Question

How to change the font Navigation Box Header (title)? It’s true that it can be easy with a TextView, but what can I do with the Activity scroll if the TextView in ScrollingActivity is not working properly , how can I have a TextView in ScrollingActivity and how to change the font without a TextView.
