Why does Eclipse update the workbench.xmi file every five minutes?

I have DropBox on my machine at home and on my working PC. I also have Eclipse installed on my home PC. I put all the workspace files into my DropBox account for several reasons.

In any case, at work, I notice that DropBox notifies me every 5 minutes that the workbench.xmi file has been updated. I realized that I left Eclipse at home. This is very annoying.

When checking, it seems that Eclipse changes the identifier of all (or most) components. Running a file difference every 5 minutes showed this.

Is there a way to prevent the use of Eclipse? In addition, of course, do not forget to close it.

I cannot remember the version of Eclipse, but I can find out if this is important. I believe this is the newest version.

Thanks.

This is the "Workspace Save Interval". Change the setting in the settings on the General> Workspace page.
