IOS 10 notification event does not fire with distribution profile in cordova app in background

Question

I upgraded my xcode to version 8 and I have phone 6, I created an application with a plugin for cordova plugins, and it works fine when I launch it using the development profile and certificates, however, when I run one application with the distribution then in iOS 10, the notification event does not fire when the application is in the background.
