Jasper Reports - Cambodian / Khmer and Lao

I use Arial Unicode MS to display Chinese, Russian, Korean and Vietnamese languages in jasper reports, and I export them to pdf using Identity-H to encode Pdf. However, I cannot use this for Cambodian / Khmer and Lao languages. Language I tried searching for fonts with no luck. If possible, what type of font and PDF encoding should I use to display and paste these languages into PDF.

Update: I tried using the Khmer OS and Khmer OS System fonts that are already installed in my iReport Designer (3.7.6). These fonts do not work and translate the Khmer language into gibberish.

Also tried to download other Khmer fonts with pdf encoding as Identity-H, does not work.

First look at my research around Khmer Unicode related to iText, which is a library using iReport / Jasper:

I made a modification to itext to add a Khmer render, but have not yet tried to put it in jasper, more people need to continue to give their hands ( github )

Updated: JasperReport support with 6.2 support

Thanks to comment, we were told about updating the JasperReport library.

Now it can convert to pdf from the Jasper Report, but another problem when we mix English and Khmer, I think we will find a workaround for this.

See my post here .
