I am trying to create a restful api using rails
I follow the development blog tutorial
https://scotch.io/tutorials/build-a-restful-json-api-with-rails-5-part-one
but when i ran the following command
rails generate rspec:install
It generates the following error:

I tried some related solution from, but none of them work.
