How to add a service link in visual studio 2017

Question

I am trying to add a link to a service in visual studio 2017, when I add this with a right click on the link -> add a link to the service, then it will give the following error

like " https://aka.ms/odatavsclientguidance " when I go to Extension and Updates in Tools . I do not find OData Connect

please help me add a service link in Visual studio 2017.

In Solution Explorer, right-click Links, Add Connected Service, then select Microsoft WCF Web Service Link Provider, a window similar to the wizard opens, to add service links, as in VS2015.
