Recommendations for the enterprise control panel

Like many organizations, I do not have a single software application that I run to support the enterprise. I have many different software components that make my business easier, and these software components are deployed on multiple machines. All these applications were built taking into account the monitoring and management of the enterprise. Since we are a Windows store, we made sure that they publish performance counters and use WMI to provide services.

Where we are struggling to find enterprise management software that can at first glance provide us with a high-level panel on the health of our system. For example, if I have 10 instances of a software component and the specified software component publishes 2 critical performance counters, how difficult would it be to deploy this component, which allows me to see a graph of performance counters for each example. In addition, I would like to have a solution that can “warn” me when performance counters cross different thresholds ...

In the past, I looked at big boys ... OpenView, Unicenter, etc., but I did not see anything that would provide me with real-time representation of performance counters for my set of instances, can you help? Have you seen any tools that help integrate the picture of enterprise management?
