Can I format Tooltip-Text (bold, underline ... etc.)?

I want to make some passes of the standard tooltip in bold in a WinForms application. Is it possible?

If not, is there a (free) tooltip component that allows me to erase them (preferably also the border and background)?

Thanks!

You can use this type: tooltip for the ball . This will allow you to have a bold font and some color option. You may be able to change the source to get underline, italics and bold text inside the message.

alt text

Update:

You can change the drawing of the ToolTip (and the FONT text object). How to do it . The code in this link refers to the regular ToolTip, and not to the Balloon that I posted above.

If you know a little about html, you can simply write a hint as follows:

_toolTip.SetToolTip(button, String.Format("<font face=\"Microsoft Yahei\" color=\"blue\">{0}</font>", Tooltip Text));
