Make sure wlintio.dll is on the way. The location may vary depending on the version of Weblogic; in 9.2 it is in $ BEA_HOME / server / native / win / 32

Add $BEA_HOME/server/bin to your PATH . This should solve the problem.

I do not see my own folder under $ BEA_HOME / server

I see wlintio.dll under $ BEA_HOME / server / bin

The ability to run WebLogic in the IDE is built into IntelliJ. It works right out of the box - no problem, no fuss.

A performance package is not needed to start the WebLogic server, so you can safely ignore this warning.
