Has anyone converted WMA to WAV using Windows Media Encoder? If so, do you have a short snippet of code on how you did this? All the samples that I saw were for WAV for WMA, and not vice versa.
The reason that all the samples you saw were for WAV for WMA is because you are looking at Windows Media Encoder . You want to decode WMA to WAV. Check out the Windows Media Format SDK .
