Delphi and XP are built-in

Does anyone know if Delphi (Win32) works with embedded XP

Yes, this is a short answer.

We use Delphi 5 with WePos (windows built-in for the point of sale) and it works great.

Running Interbase 5.5 via BDE

The only thing we need to do is install an additional file. the file is called "libraryfiles.exe", not very descriptive, I know, here is more information to help you find it

In general, it seems to work ( Delphi example program for XPE ), but there may be some problems when using some specific libraries (i.e. XML), where the built-in XP may differ from the usual XP installation.

I recently finished a project with ActiveForm, I use OpenGL extensively, and you have a ton of third-party libraries inside, and everything works like a charm on the built-in XP.

By the way, I was not told that this thing is designed to run on XP ...

XP Embedded is XP, with the ability to remove large amounts of material. Almost everything that works on XP can be run on XPE. Often the key finds libraries like @ Re0sless .
