Hi, I need to develop a tool that allows you to get a daily exchange rate. I am looking for some feeds or services from an authorized U.S. agency. The answer will be appreciated.

I do not know about the agency in the USA, but the European Central Bank issues a daily exchange rate channel .
You can use this to convert from US dollar to Euro, and then to any other.
If you have money to spend, I would look at XE.com XE Datafeed .
There is not really a US government agency that is responsible for providing this information. You can use the RSS feed from Currency Source to get information on as relevant as possible. They claim that their feed is updated at least every 20 minutes.
