Svn switch - do not support

We moved our subversion repository to another server. I ran svn swtich --relocate to change the development workstation repository to a new location.

The problem is that it looks like there is no error message. But when I check the repository location after the command has not been updated.

Does anyone know what could be causing this or how to fix the problem?

I am running on XP with a user who has local administrator rights.

I had the following team.

 svn switch --relocate svn://oldrepositry/trunk svn://newrepository/trunk

I found that by executing this command I was able to save the move.

 svn switch --relocate svn://oldrepositry svn://newrepository

I did not have the entire storage unloaded, just trunk.

This article can shed light on why the first team does not work. This suggests that from url longer than "Ropository Root" (which you can find with "svn info") can cause this problem.
