Does Windows xp support GdiPlus.dll?

I have a question about deploying an application, my application requires gdiplus.dll to download images. Does Windows xp contain GdiPlus.dll by default? Thank you very much!

I do not think this is a guarantee, but in my experience she was almost always there. There is GDI + redistributable :

Edit: here they clearly state that GDI + " is included with Windows XP ." Therefore, if you are not deploying one of these other operating systems, it seems you can assume that it already exists in Windows XP.

Microsoft's help dll database will tell you about each dll, exactly which product versions send it. You can find it for your specific DLL and see, for example, what is the earliest version of the OS that comes with it.
