How to become an OpenID consumer?

Question

Does anyone know or have any documents that I can use to create a site using OpenID? For example, when a user comes to my site, I accept OpenID, then redirect it to the OpenID provider, and then when they authenticate, they will be redirected back.

I just want to know if there are any steps or standard URLs that will be used?
