Dashboard for Log4Net

I am using Log4Net in my asp.net application to log errors in the database. I am looking for a control panel that is open source / free, and can display a summary on the screen and related documentation. Has anyone used the toolbar for Log4Net or any recommendation?

As far as I know, the only comprehensive Log4net Dashboard toolbar , but it is a commercial product.

Another interesting product that is not open source, but is free and has many useful Log4view features, but fewer features than Log4net Control Panel
