How to make the lower border, as in the search?

I'm trying to add a border to the bottom of my texture window with a sidebar. I would like to look exactly like in finder:

now it looks like this:

And I can not find anything in Interface Builder, how can I add this border.

You add this using NSWindow setContentBorderThickness: forEdge:, passing in NSMinYEdge for the edge. Please note that this will only work if the window is not textured.
