HRESULT error E_FAIL was returned from a call to a COM component

I do not know what happens with this "HRESULT error E_FAIL was returned from a call to a COM component." Do you guys know what happened? My wcf service was working fine, but today I got this error. I searched on google but no answers could be found.

E_FAIL is a common unknown error. No more specific information.

Instead of looking for E_FAIL, I would like to find support more specific to some of the COM components that you use, in particular, which really returned this error if you can find it.

Perhaps this is due to this: Some sharepoint-blog

That is - change to

<configuration> <system.web> <identity impersonate="true" /> </system.web> </configuration>

in web.config can work. Avoid other possible consequences of this.
