Job Queue API: ETA and Countdown

I like the new TaskQueue API.

I have a question about ETA / Countdown if I asked him a new task to complete 10 minutes in the future, and this is the only element in the queue - it will be executed in about 10 minutes or will be executed immediately

It will execute no earlier than in 10 minutes (it can be executed later if the queue is full, of course).
