Comparing large xml files

Can anyone help me on this. I need to compare two muscular 40ml xml files each (normal, not so much), but notepad ++ croaks on this. Can anyone suggest something that will help (windows only).

I read a similar topic: A text editor for opening large (giant, large, large) text files

but this only speaks of opening large files. Comparison and discovery are 2 very different animals. Can anyone suggest something to help

Thanks Craig

I always use DiffMerge or ExamDiff (Pro Version) for my Diff needs. I have not tried them with files larger than 2 MB, but you can try.

kDiff3 worked fine for me to compare files larger than 10 MB - it's pretty easy.

I use WinDiff for this purpose. It was installed on my Windows7 computer and comes from Microsoft (so it's free). This application is 64 bit and works very well.
