I assume that you are talking about creating a web application designed for use with iphone.
The iphone uses safari as a browser. You can download it for use in windows, and it should give you an accurate idea of ββhow your application will look when rendered on iphone. However, to check how well your application works on the phone, and if it is really accessible via the touch screen, I think the only way to be sure is to check with the iPhone.
You can use window safari to check the rendering, but for the final tests you need to use a real iphone to understand how your users will experience it.
